Meet Our Wellness Staff
Jill Seebantz, LMT – Master Body Worker, Colon Hydrotherapist
In 1994 Jill began a journey. She began her career as a Massage Therapist. In the first 5 years she dove into many different modalities and styles of bodywork to assist people in overcoming chronic and acute pain. Some of these include CranialSacral Therapy to Advanced CranialSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage to Level III, LaStone Therapy, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Body Talk, Somato Emotional Release, Letha Yoga, NeuroMuscular Therapy, Sports massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology. Her approach as a bodyworker of over 17 years is that through a lifetime of repeated movements, disease and trauma, we must look at balancing all the tissue in the body. She likes to begin with posture analysis, assisting you out of any acute discomfort you may be in, then moving towards removing distortions that have developed throughout the body, so first relief care, then corrective care, and this is followed by a maintenance plan, all designed individually to you. As she discovered her connection and ability to meld with clients, with the subtle communications the body gives, even at a cellular level a respect for the body's own wisdom to guide itself to find balance leads the direction the therapy session follows, and in this...a new desire was born, how to tap into the body to give it the best potential for healing and a life a vitality and longevity to take place. This very quickly led to the study of herbs and nutrition. She assists clients with developing healing strategies designed to the individual. Her education includes Dr. Christopher’s School of Natural Healing, BioEnergetic Medicine, EAV, Colon Hydrotherapy, and most recently the Science and Benefits of Raw Nutrition. She is a Certified Raw Food Chef and Instructor, offering classes, private consulting and training, and detoxification programs. These programs include a Satiate Juice Cleanse, a 7 Day Liver Gallbladder Raw Food Cleanse, and more in development. Her latest certification is a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. As a health coach she assists clients using what is a functional medicine approach, the way the body is designed is the way it heals. She practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that you will look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As you work together, you will see how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. Her approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, she works with her clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Together you’ll work to achieve your goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, food cravings, sleep, and energy. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
