4 Means to get Your Greens is a 90-minute workshop/demonstration to help you integrate green superfood into your daily meal plan. In this class you will learn to make eating healthy leafy green food fun and easy. You will learn to:

  • Kick your addiction to junky food
  • Rewire your relationship with leafy greens
  • Fall in love with a superfood

Join us at Body Awareness Center for a 90-minute workshop lead by Radical Wellness Coach, Jill Seebantz.

Along with taste-tasting food during the demonstration, you go home with recipes, a Salad in a Jar, and a Green Soup.
